No-Refund Policy

1. All payments are final

All payments made for Basic and Prime subscription plans on MARK UPSC are final and non-refundable, once the payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, regardless of how much of the plan's features or AI usage limits (Mentor questions, Answer Evaluations) you have actually used.

2. No refunds for change of mind or non-usage

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for reasons including but not limited to: deciding not to use the platform after payment, forgetting to cancel auto-renewal, dissatisfaction with AI-generated evaluations or mentor responses, or not completing your preparation goals.

3. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate transaction for the same billing cycle, or a charge that does not match the plan you selected — please contact us within 7 days at the email below with your payment ID, and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not refund the amount already paid for the current billing cycle; you'll continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of that cycle.

5. Failed or incomplete AI responses

Since AI Mentor and Answer Evaluation features depend on third-party AI providers, occasional delays, errors, or incomplete responses may occur. These are addressed by retrying the request or reaching out to support, and are not grounds for a refund.
